Remote work again...

After 16 years of building real software systems, platforms, integrations, AI solutions, and products used by real businesses, I no longer accept the argument that "office only" is the solution to complex work.

The reality is that modern systems are exponentially more complex than they were 10 or 20 years ago. Cloud computing, APIs, AI agents, distributed architectures, automation, cybersecurity, global infrastructure, and plugin ecosystems have fundamentally changed how work is performed.

I built my own plugin architecture to extend systems in any direction without rebuilding everything from scratch. That is how modern engineering works: scalable, modular, distributed, and connected.

Remote-first is not simply a workplace preference. It is one of the most important developments in human productivity. It enables access to education, finance, software engineering, entrepreneurship, AI, and global collaboration regardless of physical location.

The most valuable resource in the modern world is no longer office space. It is access to knowledge, talent, and the ability to contribute to complex systems from anywhere.

Many of the largest software projects in history have been built by distributed teams. Research continues to show that well-managed remote teams can perform at the same level as, and sometimes better than, traditional office-based teams when supported by strong processes, documentation, trust, and clear communication.

In my view, being able to work remotely, study remotely, build remotely, and participate in the global economy remotely is a luxury more valuable than a house, a car, or many traditional status symbols.

The future belongs to people who can connect, learn, create, and build from anywhere. AI accelerates that trend even further.

Remote work is no longer an option. It is a fundamental capability of the modern world.
